Comrade Bhattacharyya sends for the League's perusal the following proceedings: a debate, started by Mike Haynes, between historians and other interested parties on the use of toilet paper before and after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Neither come off particularly well, but it's comforting that so many people found an appropriate use for the pages of Pravda, not to mention the collected works of Stalin, translated into Kirgiz.
