I'm trying to think of some tangents that would befit this photo essay: perhaps Gabetti e Isola's Centro Residenziale Olivetti or Stirling's Olivetti Training School?
Goldfinger's Alexander Fleming House could be part of this particular continuum (but the thesis stops at 1934)

Alexander Fleming House was the name given to his offices at the Elephant & Castle when occupied
by the Ministry of Health.
Did the Daily Worker offices ever actually have a name?
